behövs:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;15-20 äpplen (ca 2 kg äpplen)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;1½-2 dl vatten&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 dl socker&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Gör så här:&lt;br /&gt;Tvätta äpplena. Därefter skalar du äpplena och tar bort kärnhuset. Skär det skalade äpplet i småbitar med en trubbig kniv.&lt;br /&gt;Lägg bitarna i en kastrull. Häll i vattnet. Koka upp och koka på svag värme under lock 10-15 minuter. Rör om ett par gånger under tiden. Ta kastrullen från värmen. Tillsätt sockret, smaka av och låt moset svalna. Servera äppelmos med lite mjölk till mellanmål. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Det blir 4 stycken mindre burkar. Häll på detta tillsammans med smält margarin, salt, sirap, rågsikt och havrekli. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Arbeta ihop till en slät deg. Tillsätt vetemjölet i omgångar och arbeta degen minst 5 minuter.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Smöra en liten långpanna och strö i lite havrekli som ströbröd. Tag upp degen och plattta ut den helt slät med hälp av mjölade händer. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sätt in långpannan på nedersta falsen i KALL UGN. Sätt ugnen på 225 grader. Det ska stå inne sammanlagt 45.50 minuter. Smula jästen i en degbunke(gärna hushållsassistent) och häll på degvätskan. Rör om så att jästen löser sig.&lt;br /&gt;Tillsätt salt och socker. Arbeta i det mesta av mjölet, börja med en knapp liter och ta sedan lite i sänder tills degen känns fast. (Kör gärna degen i matberedare ca. 5 minuter) Spara lite mjöl till utbakningen. Strö ett tunt lager mjöl på degen och täck degbunken med en bakduk/handduk. Låt degen jäsa på dragfri plats till dubbel storlek, ca 40 minuter. Arbeta ihop degen i bunken och ta upp den på väl mjölat bakbord. Arbeta den tills den är blnak och smidig. Dela degen i två lika stora bitar och rulla ut dem till längder. Dela varje längd i 10 bitar. Forma dem till släta, runda bullar. rulla dem lite till så att de blir ovala i formen. Lägg bullarna på en oljad plåt eller på bakplåtspapper. Alla bullar får plats på samma plåt. Låt bullarna jäsa UTAN bakduk på dragfri plats i ca. 30 minuter. Det kan hända att dom jäser ihop lite men det gör ingenting. Spreja bullarna med kallt vatten och grädda dem mitt i 250 graders varm ugn i ca 15 minuter. Dra ut plåten efter halva tiden och spraya bullarna återigen snabbt, grädda färdigt och låt bullarna svalna på galler utan bakduk. De frasgia frallorna är godast att äta så snart det har svalnat lite. Kavla ut till tunna runda kakor ca 18 cm i diameter.&lt;br /&gt;Hetta upp en pannkakslagg eller en stekpanna i gjutjärn utan fett på medelstark värme. Grädda bröden ca 1 min per sida, men inte för länge, då kan de bli hårda. Forma till tolv bollar och låt dem vila täckta med handduk i 15-30 minuter.&lt;br /&gt;3. Kavla ut dem på ett väl mjölat bakbord till runda tunna brödkakor ca 15 cm i diameter. Borsta bort överflödigt mjöl.&lt;br /&gt;4. Lägg tortillas, en i taget i en varm, torr stekpanna på spisen. Grädda ca 2 minuter på varje sida på medelstark värme. Under gräddningen bildas blåsor vilka trycks ner med hjälp av en handduk.&lt;br /&gt;5. Dela degen i 10 bitar och kavla ut tunt som till en pizzadeg. Tillsätt extra mjöl om det behövs. Sätt stekpannan på spisens högsta värme. Mixa bönorna eller linserna med 2 dl vatten i mixer eller med mixerstav tills det blir en tunn vätska. Tillsätt resten av vattnet så att det tillsammans blir 7 dl degvätska.&lt;br /&gt;2. Värm degvätskan till 42*C (använd gärna en termometer). Häll jästen i en bunke och häll vätskan över eller blanda ihop enligt anvisning på förpackningen.&lt;br /&gt;3. Tillsätt salt, olja, sirap, rågsikt och till sist 4 dl vetemjöl. Arbeta in resten av mjölet efter hand. Arbeta degen med trägaffel tills den släpper från bunkens kanter. Tillsätt brun farin och salt.&lt;br /&gt;Tillsätt därefter grahamsmjölet och det mesta av vetemjölet och arbeta tills degen är smidig och blank. Låt jäsa ca 30 minuter under bakduk. Tag upp degen på bakbordet och knåda den väl. Dela degen i ca 20 bitar och forma avlånga bullar. Låt bullarna jäsa på plåt i ytterligare 30 minuter. Grädda bullarna i 225*C ugn i 1215 minuter.
